GSK Biologicals — Wavre Site

NDT interventions at the world's largest vaccine manufacturing site. Weld inspections on pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel piping (WFI systems, pure steam, clean utilities), inspection of pressure equipment (bioreactors, autoclaves, fermentation vessels) and integrity verification of circuits in a GMP environment. The Wavre site, employing over 5,000 people, produces approximately 1.5 million vaccine doses per day.
Prayon S.A. — Engis Plant

NDT campaigns at the production site of the world leader in phosphorus chemistry. Corrosion monitoring through ultrasonic thickness measurement on reactors, piping and tanks exposed to phosphoric and sulphuric acid. Weld inspection on acid-resistant equipment, heat exchanger inspection and thickness mapping on the piping networks of the Prayon process (CPP). A highly corrosive environment requiring specialised NDT expertise.
E.ON — Industrial Cogeneration

Non-destructive testing on combined heat and power (CHP) installations developed and operated by E.ON at industrial sites in Belgium. Weld inspection on heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), high-pressure steam piping inspection, integrity verification of pressure equipment (steam drums, deaerators, accumulators) and maintenance monitoring of gas turbines. Planned interventions during technical shutdowns to ensure plant availability.
Luminus — Seraing CCGT Power Plant

Participation in non-destructive testing during the construction of the new 870 MW combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant in Seraing, one of the most powerful and efficient in Europe. Inspection of thousands of welds on high-pressure steam circuits, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) and connecting piping. Testing carried out in coordination with the EPC consortium Cobra IS / Sener, equipped with state-of-the-art hydrogen-ready GE 9HA gas turbines.
ENGIE Electrabel — Awirs / Flémalle Power Plant

NDT interventions on the historic Centrale des Awirs site, converted into a new 875 MW CCGT power plant commissioned in 2025. Inspection of the world's largest heat recovery steam generator, designed by John Cockerill, weld inspection on HP/IP/LP steam circuits and pressure equipment (steam drums, condensers, deaerators). Monitoring of the Siemens H-class gas turbine and high-pressure natural gas piping. A major project representing a EUR 650 million investment.
